Shipping with Prepaid Labels

Do you know if you have a prepaid label, in most cases we can accept the package from you. However, we are prohibited from accepting items that may be considered dangerous, hazardous or infectious.

• We accept Prepaid UPS and FedEx packages when returning an online purchase or if you are just shipping on someone's account.  

• We accept DHL international prepaid packages, but since DHL is only international shipping  you must ensure that you have the customs paperwork included, either as an electronic document or paper copy of the required documents. 

• We accept your pre labelled USPS packages HOWEVER we cannot provide a receipt for this type of drop off.  We recommend you keep a record of the tracking detail shown on the label so that you can track the package's safe delivery.

• We WILL provide you a receipt for the pre labelled drop off!

• We WILL print your label at NO charge!

• We WILL tape your box close at NO charge!
